Yup! I'll be unpacking that in coming posts. tl;dr, to me:
laziness = Pain of too much time/effort
if the startup can (1) find people with that Pain and (2) reduce that Pain by 10x, then the startup could convert those People in Pain to customers.
it all starts with identifying the People in Pain.
